Introducing TVG: We Are Community
At The Vision Group Marketing and Consulting, we believe that true success is measured by the impact we make in the communities we serve. That’s why, in February 2025, we are proud to launch the TVG: We Are Community Initiative—a dedicated arm of our firm focused on uplifting future scholars and strengthening nonprofit organizations that create meaningful change.

We believe in you scholarship
The We Believe in You Scholarship supports high school students with a passion for media, communications, visual arts, marketing, or culinary arts as they pursue their dreams. Sponsored by The Vision Group Marketing and Consulting, this scholarship reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation of creative and innovative professionals.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a high school senior graduating in Spring 2025
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.75
- Must demonstrate a strong passion for marketing, media, communications, visual arts, or culinary arts
- Must submit a fully completed application
Scholarship Details:
- Award Amount: $1,000
- Application Period: March 20 – April 15, 2025
- Notification Date: Recipients will be notified by May 10, 2025

The Hughes Event Grant
The Hughes Event Grant is designed to support and empower non-profit organizations hosting community-benefiting events. This grant will be awarded quarterly throughout 2025, beginning in March. The grant is specifically for events that enhance the community in one of the following focus areas:
- Arts
- Youth
- Entrepreneurship
- Seniors
- Veterans
- Health
- Housing
Grant Details:
- Maximum Award: $500
- Eligible Organizations: Non-profits headquartered in Kentucky
- 501(c)(3) Status: Required (must be registered with the IRS)
- Application Requirement: All applicants must fully complete the application to be considered.
Application and Award Schedule:
Summer Cycle:
- Application Period: March 20 - April 30
- Notification Date: May 10
- Grant Distribution Date: May 29
